Installation
- Go to Plugins Add New Upload Plugin
- Upload
floatsy-chat-widget.zipand click Install Now - Activate the plugin
- Go to Floatsy Chat in the left menu
- Enable the platforms you want and enter your details
- Click Save Settings — done!

FAQ
How do I set up WhatsApp?
Go to Platforms tab, enable WhatsApp, enter your phone number with country code (no + sign). Example: 905551234567 for Turkey, 15551234567 for USA.
Can I use only specific platforms?
Yes! Each platform has its own enable/disable toggle. Enable only the ones you want.
What happens with multiple platforms?
When 2 or more platforms are enabled, a single main floating button appears. Clicking it reveals all platform buttons with a smooth fan animation. No clutter on your site.
Can I hide a platform on mobile only?
Yes! Each platform has “Hide on Mobile” and “Hide on Desktop” checkboxes. Mix and match as needed.
How do business hours work?
Enable Business Hours in the Availability tab. Set working days and hours. Outside those hours, the WhatsApp popup shows your offline message instead.
Does it slow down my website?
No. All scripts load only when the widget is active. The footprint is minimal and optimized for Core Web Vitals.
Can I change the admin panel language?
Yes! Go to the Language tab and pick from 11 languages including Turkish, Arabic (RTL), Chinese, and more.
